Richard Breen is the co-owner and Broker of Breen Realty. He has been in Real Estate for 25 years and his experience and knowledge is remarkable. He has been one of the top agents in the area for many years and knows the business inside and out. Richard and his wife, Kara opened Breen Realty in 1992 after leaving Coldwell Banker. A flood occurred in downtown Cambria in 1995 which destroyed their business. Richard and Kara turned adversity into opportunity and from 1995 on, Richard was the Top Grossing Commission broker in Cambria from 1995-2005, specializing in coastal ranches, vineyards, ocean front & ocean view premium homes, and land from Northern Big Sur to Southern San Luis Obispo County. He has a Masters Degree in Guidance and Counseling and taught communication courses for 15 years. Richard enjoys giving back to the community in many ways and also loves his 3 daughters, son, three beautiful granddaughters, and two grandsons.

Kara Breen moved to Cambria when she was 6. She has worked in Real Estate for 25 years. Being a broker and co-owner of Breen Realty and living in this wonderful area her whole life, she has extensive knowledge of this area. She has been highly involved in Real Estate property management, office management, and escrow coordination. Richard and Kara have wonderful twins, Mason and Madison. They also have two older daughters, a couple of wonderful son-in-laws, three beautiful granddaughters and two grandsons. They spend as much family time as possible, while managing their work while the kids are in school. Kara is very helpful and great at making money, make money. Even in hard economic times, Kara can find the best opportunity to invest in.
